In honor of Presidents Day, here are our favorite presidential suites in some of the top hotels around the world.
The Presidential Suite at the Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco. We had a fantastic lunch out on the enormous terrace one brilliant afternoon last October and watched as the fog poured into the city. The suite itself is expansive and sumptuously decorated, as you can see in the video above.
The Presidential Suite at Island Shangri-La in Hong Kong. On the 55th floor with magnificent views across Victoria Harbor, this suite includes a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a dining room to seat 14 lucky dinner guests.
Perhaps you need a butler's pantry, two fireplaces, and a library during your next visit to Washington, DC. The Presidential Suite at the St. Regis is the place to be.
Philadelphia is a must-see for every history aficionado. Why not stay in the lavish Presidential Suite at The Rittenhouse, which was recently rated the #1 hotel in Philadelphia for the second year in a row.
The three Suites Présidentielles at the Hôtel de Crillon overlook the Place de la Concorde in the center of Paris. With luxurious marble bathrooms, precious silk fabrics, and gold-leaf ornamentation, these suites don't exactly represent the values of the République, but they fit this list in name at least.
